Shipping Policy

We ship within the contiguous United States only. Orders for products marked In Stock will ship within 2 business days of order receipt. Business days do not include weekends or U.S. holidays.

Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to activate.

Estimated Delivery Times (after shipment)

  • Standard Ground: 3–10 business days

Estimated delivery dates are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed.

Returns

We accept returns for eligible items under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
  • All original packaging, parts, and materials must be included
  • Return requests must be initiated within 90 days of receiving your order
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • A 25% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns
  • Returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt

Exchanges

Exchanges are not permitted unless the replacement product is of equal value to the originally purchased item.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please notify SoModern Lighting within 7 days of receipt with clear photos of the item, packaging, and damage. Damaged items reported within this timeframe will be replaced at no cost to the buyer, subject to verification.

How to Request a Return

Email us at info@somodern.co with your order number, description of the issue, and photos if applicable. All returns require prior authorization — returns sent without authorization may be refused.
